Pre-appointment guide

Ahead of your appointment with us, please take a moment to read through some information about what to expect on the day.

We are not your average kitchen company

We believe that good, environmentally responsible design should be made available to all – no matter what size your budget or kitchen.

Our three pathways make that possible.

Pick your pathway

With three different ways of working with us, our range offers something for everyone.
We'll cover more on our different pathways in your appointment, but you may find our pathway pricing guide useful in the meantime.

What to expect

We offer 45 minutes per initial appointment online and in person as part of our complimentary service.

This is usually plenty of time for one of our team to talk through our displays, samples and your project needs.

If you’re at the latter stages of planning your kitchen, we’d always recommend visiting our showroom to see the samples in person.

How to prepare for your appointment

Plans

Send us your plans ahead of your appointment and we can send you an initial ballpark estimate. This may help you decide which pathway your project is best suited to and what materials you’d like to explore during your appointment.

Reference images

Do you have any inspiration images or a moodboard? Great! Send these over ahead of the appointment and we can start to have a think about what materials might work for your dream kitchen.

Budget

To help us give you the best possible advice from the outset, do let us know if you have a set budget in mind.

FAQs

What is HOTLE’s lead time?

All of our products are made to order, but our lead time tends to be between 5-8 weeks from the point of production drawing sign-off. This does not account for any public holidays or Christmas closures and your designer will confirm an expected delivery date at time of order.

Who orders the cabinetry from my chosen supplier and when does this happen?

Our customers will plan their layouts with IKEA, Howdens, or another supplier and, once finalised, send the plans to HOLTE to base our final drawings on. We’ll be able to see exactly what we need to supply from these plans. Once you’ve confirmed your order with us, go ahead and order your cabinetry with your chosen supplier to be delivered on a date that suits you.

What does the payment schedule look like?

We take a 50% deposit at the point of order confirmation and the remaining balance invoice will be due 1 week before your order is ready for delivery. We accept payment by BACS transfer and all major credit card providers.

Do you provide installation?

ONE and System are supply only, meaning your appointed fitters will install our fronts  just as they would with fronts from your chosen cabinetry supplier. However, we do offer installation services as part of our Bespoke pathway.
