Is your site ready?
In order for our team to conduct our survey, there are a number of elements that need to be in place beforehand. Please refer to the below to ensure your space is ready for our team to get started.
Pre-survey Checklist
To ensure our team can complete a site survey accurately and effectively, please ensure the following:
- Please ensure someone will be present on site to provide access at the agreed time.
- Generally, the first fix will be complete, with all walls and finishes in place.
- At the very least structural openings must be fabricated, a sub-floor in place and a nominated person must be on site to agree wall and floor build-ups. If walls are not plasterboarded or plastered at time of survey, our team will have to allow for greater tolerances in the design.
- If the ceiling height is being changed, please ensure our team are aware. A finished ceiling height will need to be agreed.
- All relevant glazing openings must be in place ahead of survey.

Our team will require photos of the space before attending the survey.
If your site is not ready on the arranged date and our team are unable to conduct a survey as planned, it could result in significant delays to your delivery. Additional visit charges will also apply.
Should you have any questions or site updates, please contact your HØLTE designer as soon as possible ahead of the scheduled survey.
