at the source
We know exactly where all our materials come from. We partner with suppliers who harvest wood from responsibly managed forests, ensuring the wellbeing of the woodland, wildlife and workers. All our woods are FSC or PEFC accredited and our Valchromat MDF core is made from woodchip waste and pallets. We’re always looking to reduce transportation, and source our materials from Europe, from forests as close to home as possible.
Thoughtful design
driven by data
We are the only kitchen design studio to calculate the CO2-e impact of every product we make. This unique insight allows us to spot opportunities for innovation – in refinement of materials, design or manufacturing processes – to help drive down our emissions. We work with sustainability experts MÅLBAR to accurately calculate and verify all of our data, ranging from our materials, surface treatments, production, transportation; and even down to the final disposal. We are currently working to MÅLBAR’S level 2 accuracy which relies on a number of baseline statistical assumptions. We will be aiming to achieve level 3 accuracy in the near future.

We don’t hide the facts. All of our products have a level of impact on our planet that’s hard to avoid. Instead, we use these insights to help drive positive change and present all the information back to you, as clearly as possible. More information = more informed decisions to help us live sustainably. We never stand still, and as we refine our range you may see the data change.
