Order Form

Please take the time to read through the information below and complete the relevant information to get started with your order.

Thank you for choosing HØLTE for your new kitchen. We’re very much looking forward to getting started.

The following pages outline some key information about your order and the next steps.

For more information, please see our Terms & Conditions. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch.

What we’ll need from you

The next step is for us to get to work on your drawings for sign off. In order to commence these drawings, we will need:

1) Your final kitchen plan, including elevations, from your kitchen designer (if not HØLTE)

2) Your finalised appliance list & appliance manuals

3) All material & handle choices confirmed

4) This order form signed and returned

5) A £240 deposit to cover our drawing time. We’ll raise this deposit invoice on return of this form, and it will be refunded back against your production deposit at sign off.

Changes to the above will require additional time for new drawings and may result in additional charges.

Sign off

We ask that you thoroughly check the drawing against your IKEA or Howdens plan, taking note of all panel sizes, colours and materials and ensuring they are what you had in mind.

Changes to your order once these drawings have been signed off cannot always be guaranteed. Please note that we oversize all plinths, fillers and side panels slightly in order to compensate for any irregularities in walls and floors.

Once you have approved the final version of your panel drawings, we advise you share these with your builder/fitter right away to ensure they have reference in advance.

Payment

Before we can get your new kitchen into production, we require a 50% deposit payment. This invoice will be sent to you once we have received approval on your panel drawings and your panel drawings deposit will be deducted from the total amount.

We will provide an estimated delivery date at the time of order, but please note that any delay in the payment of this deposit may delay this date.

We will then be in touch when your order is close to completion and will aim to confirm a final delivery date approximately 1 week before your order is ready. Your balance payment will be due at this point, which will need to be paid before we can arrange delivery.

Lead Times &
Late Amendments

When your order is confirmed, we will provide an estimated delivery date. Please note, this date is given as an approximate guide only.

All of our orders are made bespoke and to-order, using natural materials. As a result, the days leading up to your delivery date can be crucial in the manufacturing process and unavoidable delays can sometimes occur. When they do, we can usually resolve them in a matter of days as opposed to weeks. Please rest assured we will always do everything we can to meet your estimated delivery date.

Should we experience a delay to your order, we’ll notify you as soon as possible and keep you informed of changes to your estimated delivery date. We do ask that you help us keep your order on schedule by providing prompt confirmations on drawings and design decisions, as well as swift payment of invoices.

All our products are made-to-order. As a result, any changes made after the order has been finalised may result in additional charges. Please see our Terms & Conditions for more information. We recommend that you do not book your kitchen fitters until we have confirmed a final delivery date with you.
