ONE
Signature style, made easy.
ONE is our core range – an affordable path to a designer kitchen.
Elevate your IKEA or Howdens cabinets with our curated collection of hand-finished fronts, handles, worktops and signature add-ons.
Approximate price bracket: £8,000 – £20,000
Production lead time: 5 weeks from the point of order confirmation.
ONE
There is a curated range of custom add-ons available to choose from: wine rack, signature shelving, board space, IKEA pantry kit and bench kit.
Integrated timber handles in this range are jointed, meaning there is a visible seam between the panel face and the handle.
ONE Timber panels are crafted from pre-veneered boards to minimise waste, giving naturally varied grain patterns.
ONE Colour panels will always have a colour-matched edge.

SYSTEM
Freedom to choose.
System gives you greater freedom to shape your kitchen.
Designed for IKEA, Howdens and other high-street systems, our expanded range of fronts, handles and worktops can be combined with Holte custom cabinetry and joinery for a singular result.
Approximate price bracket: £15,000 – £35,000
Production lead time: 8 weeks from the point of order confirmation.
SYSTEM
There is the option to include custom joinery such as our steel framed islands, pantry cabinets and solid framed glazed doors.
Integrated timber handles in this range are seamless.
Our System veneered doors have continuous, meticulously matched wood grain across every cabinet front.
Coloured fronts in the System range can have either a timber or black edge.

Next Steps
1.
Design your layout with IKEA, Howdens or your preferred high-street supplier.
2.
Send us your plans and finish preferences for fronts, handles and worktops. We’ll get to work on your quote.
3.
If you haven’t already, book a consultation online or in-person to discuss your project and understand how we work.
4.
Once you’re ready to go, we request a small deposit to begin your panel drawing. We suggest allowing ~2 weeks for this drawing to be prepared, reviewed and signed off.
5.
Once the order is confirmed, we take a 50% deposit to move your project into production. The production lead time will then begin.
6.
We send your fronts to be installed by your on-site team just as they would from your cabinetry supplier, with our experienced team on hand to answer any questions.
FAQs
What is HOLTE’s lead time?
All of our products are made to order, but our lead time tends to be between 5-8 weeks from the point of production drawing sign-off. This does not account for any public holidays or Christmas closures and your designer will confirm an expected delivery date at time of order.
How much does a HOLTE kitchen cost?
Every one of our kitchens is individually drawn and made-to-order. Our projects therefore start from £6,000 (excluding hardware, worktops and appliances).

Who orders the cabinetry from my chosen supplier and when does this happen?
Our customers will plan their layouts with IKEA, Howdens, or another supplier and, once finalised, send the plans to HOLTE to base our final drawings on. We’ll be able to see exactly what we need to supply from these plans. Once you’ve confirmed your order with us, go ahead and order your cabinetry with your chosen supplier to be delivered on a date that suits you.
What does the payment schedule look like?
We take a 50% deposit at the point of order confirmation and the remaining balance invoice will be due 1 week before your order is ready for delivery. We accept payment by BACS transfer and all major credit card providers.
Do you provide installation?
ONE and System are supply only, meaning your appointed fitters will install our fronts just as they would with fronts from your chosen cabinetry supplier. However, we do offer installation services as part of our Bespoke pathway.
