Order Form

Please take the time to read through the pages below and complete the relevant information to get started with your project.

Thank you for choosing HØLTE for your new kitchen. We’re very much looking forward to getting started.

The following pages outline some key information about your order and the next steps.

Site Survey

The first step on our Bespoke pathway is the site survey. We require a deposit of £2000 + VAT before commencing this phase. This will be deducted from your production deposit.

Once we receive payment, our Technical Director will be in touch to arrange the survey.

The Design Process

Once the survey is complete, we get started on the design phase. We ask that you prepare the following for our first discussion:

1) A completed design questionnaire. This will be sent to you digitally by our team and will include a section on chosen / desired appliances.

2) A moodboard or collection of images that speak to you. Whether it’s materials, layout ideas, or features, we’re all ears.

3) Architect’s drawings (in the case of extension or new-build), or photos of the space.

4) Key dates. e.g. When does your build start? When is the kitchen required by?

Payment Structure

Once your design has been signed off, we require a 50% deposit payment to get your kitchen into production. This invoice will be sent to you once we have received approval on your design drawings and your initial deposit will be deducted from the total amount.

Where HØLTE are installing the project, the payment structure thereafter will be:

  • 45% balance payment due 1-week prior to provisional delivery date agreed at sign off
  • Remaining 5% due on completion of snagging and handover

If installation is being completed by others, the full 50% balance payment will be required before delivery.

Please note that delay in receipt of any of the above payments could result in delays to the delivery of your order.

Lead Times &
Late Amendments

When your order is confirmed, we will provide an estimated delivery date. Please note, this date is given as an approximate guide only.

All of our orders are made bespoke and to-order, using natural materials. As a result, the days leading up to your delivery date can be crucial in the manufacturing process and unavoidable delays can sometimes occur. When they do, we can usually resolve them in a matter of days as opposed to weeks. Please rest assured we will always do everything we can to meet your estimated delivery date.

Should we experience a delay to your order, we’ll notify you as soon as possible and keep you informed of changes to your estimated delivery date. We do ask that you help us keep your order on schedule by providing prompt confirmations on drawings and design decisions, as well as swift payment of invoices.

All our products are made-to-order. As a result, any changes made after the order has been finalised may result in additional charges. Please see our Terms & Conditions for more information. We recommend that you do not book your kitchen fitters until we have confirmed a final delivery date with you.
