HØLTE Support Package

Thank you for choosing HØLTE for your new kitchen. Our Support Package has been carefully constructed to help you realise your ideas and get the most of your space.

The following pages outline some key information about this service and the next steps.

Project Confirmation

By signing this form, you confirm:

  • You have appointed a builder or main contractor
  • Your kitchen layout and space are fixed and defined
  • Your installation window is within 3-6 months
  • You have reviewed and accepted your HØLTE quotation
  • You are proceeding with our System pathway
  • You understand that all payments made towards your kitchen are non-refundable
  • You accept the scope and terms outlined in this form

Scope agreement

The HØLTE Support Package includes:

  • A reviewed and optimised kitchen layout
  • Integration of HØLTE bespoke elements alongside IKEA cabinetry
  • A set of 2D drawings showing internal cabinet configuration
  • A clear material direction based on your project budget
  • A single round of revisions
  • A completed IKEA plan and shopping list, checked and ready for order

The following are excluded:

  • Multiple layout options
  • Ongoing design development
  • Interior design services
  • Structural or architectural redesign
  • Project coordination

Customer responsibility

HØLTE optimises plans based on measurements provided by the client or their contractor. We do not perform site surveys.
Accuracy of the final order is contingent upon the accuracy of the dimensions provided to us and we can accept no responsibility for costs incurred due to the inaccuracy of these measurements.

Please take special care to consider the potential benefits and/or limitations of all elements of your specification, including but not limited to; handle design, integrated appliance location and worktop options. Should there be
any concerns, please raise them with your designer as early as possible in the design process.

A number of design decisions will be unique to your project and personal preferences. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, any amendments made to approved designs after the point of production drawing approval will
result in additional costs and amended lead times.

All products are covered by the stated guarantees in our Terms and Conditions of sale only. The customer accepts that there are no additional guarantees or warranties given as part of this service.

Timing & Delays

Work will only begin once the project is within 3–6 months of installation.

If a project is delayed for more than 60 consecutive days once work has begun, HØLTE reserves the right to “Archive” the project and suspend work. To resume, a Resumption Fee of £150+VAT will be charged to cover the cost of re-onboarding the project into the production schedule.

Payment Terms

Package fee = £500 + VAT. This will be added as a line item to your initial quote

To commence the service, a 10% deposit against this initial quote is required.

Once the service is complete, this initial deposit will be ‘topped up’ to 50% of the final order value to commence production.

Once in production, we will be in touch when your order is close to completion and will aim to confirm a final delivery date approximately 1 week before your order is ready. Your balance payment will be due at this point, which will need to be paid before we can arrange delivery.

Should the client choose not to proceed with an order after the Support Package has commenced, all payments remain non-refundable.

Lead Times &
Late Amendments

When your order is confirmed, we will provide an estimated delivery date. Please note, this date is given as an approximate guide only and any delay in payment may delay this date.

All of our orders are made bespoke and to-order, using natural materials. As a result, the days leading up to your delivery date can be crucial in the manufacturing process and unavoidable delays can sometimes occur. When they do, we can usually resolve them in a matter of days as opposed to weeks. Please rest assured we will always do everything we can to meet your estimated delivery date.

Should we experience a delay to your order, we’ll notify you as soon as possible and keep you informed of changes to your estimated delivery date. We do ask that you help us keep your order on schedule by providing prompt confirmations on drawings and design decisions, as well as swift payment of invoices.

All our products are made-to-order. As a result, any changes made after the order has been finalised may result in additional charges. Please see our Terms & Conditions for more information. We recommend that you do not book your kitchen fitters until we have confirmed a final delivery date with you.
