The Coach House, Dulwich.

As both designer & architect and clients, the owners of this unique property were closely involved in bringing their vision to life. The project included some quite complex detailing, including the wall cladding behind the Vitsoe shelving, fully bespoke pantry and cloak cabinets and a bespoke stainless steel island. Achieving a ‘perfect’ fit with minimal use of fillers was a key consideration in the detailing and alignment.

The American White Oak veneer was carefully selected to ensure the perfect tone and figuring to suit the highly considered and tight palette throughout the home. HØLTE supplied joinery beyond the kitchen in the living area, utility room and understairs study to create a cohesive ground floor.

The simple, timeless material palette and classic, streamlined detailing give this design a clear balance between practicality and aesthetics.
