We offer three ways to work with us:

Holte ONE is our core collection and most accessible route to a high-end finish. By combining our custom-made fronts with IKEA or Howdens cabinetry, you can achieve the look and benefits of bespoke joinery at a fraction of the cost.

Holte SYSTEM is our expanded range of fronts, handles and worktops designed for your chosen cabinetry supplier, with the option to include bespoke additions for a more personalised kitchen.

Holte BESPOKE is our end-to-end kitchen design service. From conception through to survey, design and installation, our bespoke service offers a kitchen that truly works for you.

There are no bolt-ons, there is no need to find your own installer and you’ll have access to materials beyond our core range. Our team will take care of everything.

I know I’m using IKEA or Howdens, but don’t have a kitchen plan yet. 

The best place to start is by booking an appointment with your chosen cabinetry supplier to finalise your kitchen layout. They’ll provide plans and elevations of your design, which we can use to prepare a quotation.

Once you have your plans, come and see us at our Hackney studio or book an online consultation. We’ll talk you through materials and the options available for your kitchen. Once everything is decided, we’ll provide a final quotation and, if you’re happy to proceed, we will then arrange the next steps for your production order.

I’m not sure which cabinetry to use, or I’m considering Holte Bespoke.

Our pricing guide has a breakdown of costs across our three pathways. Costs will vary depending on a number of factors such as the size of the kitchen, materials chosen, the number of drawers vs. doors and the handle and worktop choices, but this guide should give you an idea as a starting point.

We have a minimum order of £5,000 + VAT. This excludes delivery, appliances, worktops and any hardware.

Yes, we can supply doors, drawer fronts and all other panels to any size you require through either our ONE or SYSTEM pathways.

The main difference is that we will not be able to supply our panels with hinge pockets if they are to be fitted to cabinetry other than from IKEA, Howdens or Holte. The hinge holes will need to be cut out by your fitter during the installation. Get in touch with your plans, and we can take it from there.

For our ONE and SYSTEM pathways, we are supply only, meaning we don’t offer measuring or installation services.

We work from site dimensions supplied by you, your kitchen fitter or your architect. If you are undergoing a renovation you will usually have plans to hand but if not, we advise appointing a local kitchen fitter or carpenter. Please see our measuring guide for more information on how to measure your space.

Any reputable kitchen installer with experience of IKEA or Howdens kitchens will have no trouble installing our doors, drawer fronts and other panels on their cabinets. Our bespoke cabinetry is delivered pre-built with the internals already fitted, making installation a breeze. We provide detailed plans and elevations to hand over to your fitter

If you have opted for our Bespoke pathway, a site survey and installation is included as part of the service.

For all three pathways, if you order your worktop through us, we take care of the entire process, from templating through to installation.

On our SYSTEM pathway, we offer an IKEA support package for those who need a hand to optimise an existing kitchen design.

For our BESPOKE pathway, we take care of everything: from survey and design, to technical detailing and installation.

We often supply doors for PAX wardrobes, drawer fronts for IKEA bathroom vanities, as well as all kinds of bespoke joinery solutions for other areas of your project beyond the kitchen.

Our team will be able to talk you through the process of including these in your order and what information we require.

We supply both BORA cooking systems and Quooker hot taps. We also supply the full range from Fisher & Paykel.

Samples can be ordered from our online shop. This includes a sample panel of your chosen style, plus either three laminate colour samples or three veneer species leaves. We hate to see samples go to waste, so once you have placed your order for your Holte kitchen, return your samples to us and we will refund you for them.

If you would like to see our samples and displays in person, we have a fully functional Holte kitchen in our studio in Hackney, along with three display kitchens. Come and see us! We’re just off Broadway Market, overlooking the canal.

We are appointment only as we have limited space and appointment bookings can be made via our website.

Unfortunately we can only currently offer our products within the UK and do not ship internationally.

All of our products are made-to-order, and our lead times can range between 5-10 weeks from the point of production drawing sign-off. Typical leads times are as follows:

ONE: 5 weeks

SYSTEM: 8 weeks

BESPOKE: 8-10 weeks

Please note, these lead times do not include public holidays or Christmas closures. Your dedicated designer will confirm an expected delivery date at the time of order.

As all our products are made-to-order and due to inherent efficiencies of scale, unfortunately making piecemeal panels is not something we can currently offer outside of a kitchen project. Of course, if you have placed an order with us previously and need an additional panel, we will always help.

Once your panels are in production, we cannot guarantee that any changes can be made. All our products are made-to-order. As a result, any changes made after the order has been finalised may result in additional charges. No returns, cancellations or refunds can be accepted once an order has been confirmed.

We take a 50% deposit at the point of order confirmation and this payment can be made by any major credit card or BACS transfer. The remaining balance invoice will be due one week before your order is ready for delivery, this can also be paid by credit card.

We do not take payment over the phone, all invoices will have a link to either pay by credit card or details of our account for BACS purposes.

If your kitchen layout has been designed by IKEA or Howdens, once you’re happy with the design you will place your order with your chosen retailer. They will be able to guide you through the process – just let them know you are buying your doors, drawer fronts, side panels, cover panels, plinths and fillers elsewhere and they will remove these from your order.

IKEA or Howdens will supply your hinges and drawer runners, as we only supply these if you are purchasing bespoke Holte cabinetry. For more details, please see our list of IKEA essential components.

Once we have received final confirmation and sign-off for your order, we’ll provide an estimated delivery date based on current lead times. Orders are delivered same-day on Wednesdays and Fridays, public holidays permitting, from our East Midlands workshop. We’ll confirm at least one week in advance that your order remains on track, with a delivery ETA window provided the day before.

We do not offer a fast-tracking service as we believe it is only fair to provide our service on a first come, first serve basis.

Please ensure you or your nominated site contact is available at the delivery address on the delivery day. All our orders are kerbside deliveries, meaning the order will not be taken inside by the driver. As items can be large and heavy, please ensure you have help available.

If you need to delay your delivery, let us know as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to adjust our production schedule. Storage charges may apply if your order has already been completed. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more information.

When your driver delivers your order, please check the delivery against the delivery note to check all items are present. Any missing items or damaged packaging must be noted on the delivery note in the presence of the driver.

There is no need to open any packages in the presence of the driver, we recommend packages are opened by your installation team.

Please ensure you take photos of any damage to packaging and/or panels. Without images, we cannot guarantee we will be able to progress any claims. Please note that by fitting our products the condition of the items is deemed accepted. For more information, please see our Terms and Conditions.

The thicknesses depend on the specification of your panels. All standard panels are between 18mm and 20mm thick. Please contact the team for more information. Our doors and drawer fronts are slightly thicker than standard IKEA or Howdens doors, so bear this in mind when planning your worktop.

Our fronts are fitted in the same way as you would fronts from IKEA or Howdens, as your doors will arrive with hinge pockets that work seamlessly with the hinges from your cabinetry supplier. Any fitter familiar with these systems will have no trouble installing your Holte fronts. For plinths, you will need to make sure you have the METOD legs as part of your kitchen order. These legs will come with clips that can be fixed onto your Holte plinth for installation.

If we are supplying fronts for cabinetry purchased elsewhere, your doors will arrive ‘blank’ and your installer will need to drill these in during install.

If you have chosen to order Swarf or Armac Martin handles through us, your doors will arrive with the pilot holes for the handle placement. If you have chosen to purchase handles elsewhere, your fronts will arrive ‘blank’ and your installer will need to drill the holes as normal during install.

Yes, our fronts do work with integrated appliances. Doors for integrated appliances will come without hinge holes and handle pilots regardless of the cabinetry supplier for your kitchen. This allows you to utilise any system advised by your appliance manufacturer to install the door to your integrated appliance.

We offer a 10-year warranty on our cabinetry and internal storage and a three-year warranty on our fronts.

We can also supply joinery in other areas of the home, helping to ensure cohesion throughout your project. Our designers’ knowledge of how to combine proprietary furniture (such as IKEA or Howdens) with our own bespoke range allows our clients to achieve a beautiful bespoke joinery finish throughout their home while remaining accessible for a range of budgets.
