A combination of precision cutting edge industrial machinery and hand finishing by highly skilled craftspeople ensure our products are both pin point accurate and beautifully finished. The state of the art machinery we use works to accuracy levels of 0.1 millimeters, far below visible by the naked eye.

Every order is processed individually with each panel made bespoke; depending on the specification, each job will run through a production process of up to 9 phases. It would not be unusual for components to pass through 10 separate pairs of careful hands throughout the duration of the fabrication schedule. Each pair of hands brings differing specialist knowledge to every step of the process.

We are extremely proud of the quality of our veneering – the team of skilled specialists draw upon decades of experience to ensure details are immaculate. For our WOOD-E and WOOD-E+ ranges, veneers are laid on individual panels by hand to ensure the grain runs perfectly through each time. Rather than buying in more cost effective pre veneered boards for our WOOD-E0 & WOOD-V ranges, we veneer boards in house. This allows us to carefully regulate the quality of the veneers we use, as well as optimise material usage to prevent waste wherever possible. A careful waste management approach is taken throughout the factory: offcuts are retained and reused wherever possible and the whole process is constantly monitored to improve efficiencies. We are totally committed to a programme of continued improvement of sustainable production.

The extent of our manufacturing capabilities means that we have almost limitless scope for bespoke joinery, both for residential & commercial projects. If you can design it, we can make it!
