Woodbastwick, London.
Part of a full refurbishment and extension of a 1930s semi in South London, this bold and spacious kitchen was designed for a busy family with young children. The brief called for a space that was both practical and full of personality. The clients’ love of a contemporary Scandi aesthetic has been brought to life here with joyful pops of colour.
Durable green and pink laminates were chosen for the island and pantry, offset by elegant maple veneer for warmth and balance. Marmoreal terrazzo worktops anchor the palette and continue up into full-height splashbacks for full wow-factor. A dedicated bar area features a pink cabinet with glazed solid timber doors, a bespoke tall bookcase, and a full-height wine cooler, ideal for hosting. The ever-popular double-width pantry hides away everyday appliances like the coffee machine, toaster, and water carbonator, keeping the space clean and clutter-free.
A true party kitchen, designed for entertaining as much as daily family life.
