Ashley Court, London

In a bold transformation of a once-dreary basement flat in Hampstead, Emil Eve Architects have reimagined this space into a cohesive, light-filled sanctuary. Sacrificing a bedroom, the redesign focused on creating a spacious kitchen, dining, and living area, infused with industrial textures and verdant greens.

The HØLTE bespoke joinery has become the heart of the home, featuring striking dyed green veneers paired with emerald Verde India marble worktops. The sleek, HØLTE bespoke steel-framed island anchors the space without feeling overbearing while a slimline, coffee-focussed pantry ensures the space still provides adequate functionality without sacrificing on aesthetics.

The same deep green veneer used in the kitchen continues through to the living room via the bespoke built-in shelving and ensures the entirety of the open-plan layout feels connected.
